Meet Ron & Kate
Ron Stoker is a born-and-raised Nevada local, real estate broker, and loan officer based in Moapa Valley. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors across Logandale, Overton, Moapa, and Mesquite.
Ron does something most agents can't — he handles the sale and the financing. He's a licensed Nevada broker (AXEN Realty Partners LLC, B.1003339.LLC) and a loan officer with NEXA Mortgage, LLC (NMLS# 2113445), so one person runs your whole deal instead of passing you down a chain of strangers. FHA, SBA, investment property loans — he knows them cold. And he knows the numbers because he owns rentals himself.
He runs property management too. So if you're buying to hold, Ron can help you buy it and then run it.
His roots here go deep. Ron is president of Wildlife Habitat Improvement of Nevada, a conservation nonprofit, and vice president of the Nevada Trappers Association. He hunts, he fishes, he knows this valley and the people in it. When he tells you about a neighborhood, it's not coming off a spec sheet.
